We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion.

4. Job postings and engagements

Job postings, service descriptions, and other content on this site are provided for informational purposes. They do not constitute an offer of employment or a binding engagement on their own. Any actual placement, consulting, or service engagement is subject to a separate written agreement between us and the relevant party.

We make no representations or warranties about the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any particular role or service offering listed on the site, and we may modify or remove content at any time without notice.

5. Submissions and candidate materials

When you submit a resume, application, or other materials to us, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
