- Apply or send your resume. To a posted role, or to the talent network if nothing fits yet. You hear back inside three business days.
- Talk to a recruiter. A screening conversation about your background, what you want next, and which engagements match.
- Interview with the client. We prep you on the role, the team, and what they are looking for.
- Start your assignment. You go on assignment with the client while we handle the engagement details and stay your point of contact.
