Questions we hear most.
Straight answers about how staffing with KRR Solutions works, whether you are hiring or looking for your next role.
Hiring through KRR Solutions
How fast can you present candidates?
For most roles we present a shortlist of three to five qualified candidates within five to seven business days. Hard-to-fill or highly specialized roles can take longer. We will tell you up front, not after a month of silence.
How are placements engaged?
It depends on the engagement model. Contract and contract-to-hire placements work through KRR Solutions for the length of the engagement; direct hires join your headcount from day one. We handle the engagement administration either way, and day-to-day direction always comes from your team.
What engagement models do you offer?
Contract (a professional placed with you for the length of the project), contract-to-hire (a three to six month evaluation period with conversion built in), and direct hire (full-time placement onto your headcount). Project-based statements of work are also available.
What happens if a direct hire does not work out?
Direct-hire placements carry a 90-day replacement guarantee. If the hire leaves or is not working out inside the first 90 days, we re-run the search and replace the candidate.
What roles and industries do you cover?
Our deepest bench is IT and technology: cloud, DevOps, security, software engineering, QA, and support. We also routinely fill business and PMO, finance and HR, healthcare administration, administrative, and professional-services roles. If a role is not on the list, ask anyway.
How do fees work?
For contract and contract-to-hire engagements, you pay a single hourly bill rate that covers the engagement end to end. One rate, no separate fees. Direct-hire placements are contingency-based: a fee billed only when a candidate accepts your offer.
What does KRR handle during an engagement?
Sourcing and recruiting, screening, day-one onboarding, and the administration that keeps an engagement running. You manage the work; we manage everything around it.
How do we get started?
Call (202) 709-8337, email [email protected], or use the contact form and choose "Hiring talent (employer)". Tell us the role, scope, duration, and must-have skills. We reply inside one business day.
Working through KRR Solutions
If I am placed through KRR, how does the engagement work?
You work on assignment with the client company while we manage the engagement. We support you from offer through onboarding and stay your point of contact; the client directs your day-to-day work.
Do I pay any fees as a candidate?
No. Candidates never pay a fee: not to apply, not to be placed, not after placement. We are paid by the companies we staff.
How quickly will I hear back after applying?
Inside three business days. If a role is not a fit, we keep your resume on file and reach out when an engagement matches your background.
What kinds of roles do you place?
Technology roles are our deepest bench: cloud, DevOps, security, software development, QA, IT support. We also place business analysts, project managers, finance and HR specialists, healthcare-administration staff, and administrative professionals.
What happens after I send my resume?
A recruiter reviews it and reaches out if there is a fit. From there: a screening conversation with us, an interview with the client, and if both sides say yes, we handle the onboarding and you start the assignment.
Are roles remote or onsite?
It depends on the assignment. Each posted role states the work location and whether remote work is available. Engagements range from fully remote to fully onsite.
